In Uganda, a significant challenge persists: many youths and women complete their formal education without acquiring employable skills. This gap contributes to the growing poverty levels, a global issue that demands united solutions to uplift these vulnerable groups. At SAID Uganda, we recognize that poverty remains a widespread issue in our communities, disproportionately affecting women, girls, and youth, who constitute 62% of those impacted. This reality shapes our strategic planning and programmatic efforts, guiding us toward making meaningful change.
